About Your Orders

1. Do you have a store I can visit in-person?

At this time we do not have a brick and mortar store of our own. We are solely an online shop!

2. What are the types of payment?

We accept all major credit card and debit card via Stripe secured payment gateway. At the moment, we do not accept cash on delivery unless the order is above $200. Please send us an email at botanicaaromatherapy.sg@gmail.com if you need bulk orders.

3. What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship islandwide using Smartpac and It's free for with minimum purchase of 2 items! Otherwise, we charged $3.30 per bag for Smartpac.

4. Do you ship out of Singapore?

At the moment, we only ship within Singapore. If you are interested in our products and are located outside of Singapore, please email us at botanicaaromatherapy.sg@gmail.com with your order and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

5. How Long Before I get My Orders?

We understand how excited you are to receive our soaps! And so we ensure that all orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

6. If the soap is not suitable and causes side effect, can I make a refund?

Sure! If the soap causes irritation, please stop using it immediately and send us an email to botanicaaromatherapy.sg @gmail.com We will investigate and update you accordingly.

Otherwise, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Also with a proof of receipt. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items that have been opened and used are not eligible for returns and refunds. Sale items are not eligible for returns and refunds. Items that have been damaged in the process of shipping or due to mishandling on the buyer's part will not be eligible for returns and refunds
